Brandon Lewis grew his painting business from flat-broke to over $1,000,000.00 in repaint sales and 20 employees during 2008’s Great Recession. In less than 5 years, Lewis sold his business for over $440,000.00 in a struggling economy.
An author, speaker and publisher – Lewis’ work has appeared in American Painting Contractor Magazine, Paint Contractor Magazine, InPaint Magazine, Professional Painting Contractor Magazine, and PCA educational outlets.
Lewis has worked with over 500 franchised and independent painting contractors in 6 countries, ranging from start-ups to $50MM+. He helps owners realize their dreams using done-for-you tools and systems, group coaching, one-on-one mentoring & purchasing groups.
APPC’s annual Painting Profits Summit, the 2nd largest gathering of independent U.S. painters in the U.S, showcases Lewis’ decade-long career of transforming the businesses & personal lives of painting contractors.
Brandon Pierpont is the Founder of Painter Marketing Pros and host of the popular podcast series "The Painter Marketing Mastermind". He is also a two-time published author, having written “The Sales System Playbook for Painting Contractors” as well as “Painting Millions”, a #1 Amazon Best Seller Book. Brandon is a regular contributor to inPAINT Magazine, appearing in their “Ask A Pro” section, as well as the author of the “Painter’s Playbook” column in American Painting Contractor (APC) magazine.
Brandon has helped hundreds of painting companies across North America professionalize their sales and marketing and scale their business. Prior to founding Painter Marketing Pros, Brandon built and successfully sold a mobile auto detailing business.
In addition to marketing expertise, Brandon has extensive financial and operational experience, having previously worked in investment banking, private equity, and as CFO of a software company. He utilizes that experience to ensure painting contractors achieve high ROI on their marketing and scale profitably.
Brandon proudly serves on the Painting Contractor Association's Marketing Committee, Education Committee, and Bureau of Speakers, and he is an active contributor to many of the PCA's Live Events. He is also a proud Veteran of the Florida Army National Guard.
Corwin J. Smith is a Strategic Growth Coach and partner at Culture to Cash. Corwin was certified in Scaling Up/The Rockefeller Habits by Verne Harnish in 2016 and has carried that title since. Currently, Corwin specializes in aiding companies across sectors like construction, manufacturing, and services. His clients typically achieve substantial results, including a 40% reduction in time to manage the day to day, doubling of net profit, and a 500-800% increase in business valuation. Most of Corwin’s clients are after Exiting BEFORE they Exit.
Corwin’s entrepreneurial journey began at the Arizona State University – W. P. Carey School of Business, where he founded a Fire & Water Damage restoration company, rapidly growing it to 45 employees in less than four years. Prior to this venture, he made significant strides in medical sales for a local diagnostic imaging firm, setting records in new patient and doctor acquisition. His tenure at Rocky Mountain Restoration was marked by high praise and media coverage in the Arizona Republic and Success Magazine, reflecting the impactful culture and work of the organization, while producing industry leading profit.
On a personal front, Corwin is deeply invested in his family life, alongside his wife, dedicating themselves to raising their four sons to be productive and on-purpose members of society. An avid outdoorsman, Corwin relishes mountain biking, hiking, and hunting. He is also a devoted fan of his kids' sports.
Tom Reber is the visionary Founder of The Contractor Fight, a powerful movement and training platform that has empowered hundreds of thousands of home improvement contractors to elevate every aspect of their lives and businesses. Nick Slavik is the Proprietor of the Nick Slavik Painting & Restoration Co. and is the Host of Ask a Painter Live. Ask a Painter Live has aired weekly for over 8 years, instructing, answering questions and championing the trades as an avenue for freedom. Nick has been a social media influencer and content creator for over a decade. His company will celebrate its 17th anniversary this year, employs +40 people, a leadership team and operates a full scale finishing shop.
He has been a national and international speaker on topics such as entrepreneurship, craftspersonship, trades reformation, recruiting, harnessing technology for trades business, financial benchmarks, industry standards and coating science.
Nick is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the PCA - the Painting Contractors Association. The PCA is a 140 year old nonprofit whose mission is to build better contractors.
